The Social Committee is a vibrant and vital part of our community. Their primary goal is to help foster strong community relationships by hosting a variety of events.
The committee provides diverse regular social functions such as:
- Friday Night at the Movies,
- Happy Hour,
- Games Nights,
- Potluck Dinners,
- Canada Day celebrations,
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas dinners,
- Bike rodeos,
- Summer games for children,
- New Year’s Eve parties,
- Corn Roasts,
- Halloween haunted walks.
Social Committee's responsibilities also include:
- decorating our Community Centre for seasonal and special events;
- providing refreshments for General Members' meetings, work days, and workshops.
Working together and playing together creates strong relationships.
