Townhouses

Most of our units are townhouses, each with one-and-a-half washrooms, dining room and sliding doors to the back yard. The full basement includes a laundry room with space for your washer and dryer. Designed for energy efficiency, these units have natural gas heat and hot water. Each unit has a solar window, allowing sun to warm the basement and main floor. See some photos of the units.

Apartments

These apartments are single floor dwellings.

Maisonettes

We have three units where the living area is all on one level, we call these units "maisonettes." The two larger units are designed for members in wheelchairs.

Common Areas

We all share certain buildings. Our Community Centre is used for co-op social events and committee meetings. It is also available to individual members to book. We also have three outdoor garden sheds housing our fleet of lawn mowers in addition to our garden tools, rototiller, snowblower and shovels. Both the Landscape and Maintenance Committees have rooms to house supplies.
