Each member is responsible for the stewardship of their own unit, and maintenance is shared between members and the Maintenance committee as described in our Bylaws. Major changes to the unit must be approved by submitting a Unit improvement request in order to ensure unit integrity.

Townhouses
Most of our units are townhouses

- full basement includes a laundry room with space for your washer and dryer

- solar window, allowing sun to warm the basement and main floors

Apartments
- single floor dwellings located on the second floor.
- no hookup for a washer or dryer, but washers and dryers are available for use in the Community Centre

Maisonettes
- living area is all on one level, located on the first floor, we call these units "maisonettes."
- no hookup for a washer or dryer, but washers and dryers are available for use in the Community Centre

- 1 Bedroom Maisonette (1) — $824*
- 3 Bedroom Maisonette (2) — $988*
*Parking ($25/vehicle) and utilities are extra. Charges are current for July 2022-June, 2023, and are set annually by the Beaver Creek members.
